Long Service Leave Setup

When a new staff membetr begins, should the long service leave entitlement be added to their file and begin accruing immediately, or only added once the 10 years has been reached.

    Different rules and legislation apply in each state of Australia for long service leave, so check to see the rules that apply to your business. The FairWork website is a good place to start.

     

    When you're ready to set this up in AccountRight, it's up to you when you add it to the employee's card. But when you do, this help topic has all the steps: Long service leave
