Long Service Leave taken payroll category not showing on payslip

Long Service Leave paid to staff payroll category (not Accured Long Service leave) is not showing on payslips processed when staff member returns to work, it showed on the payslips when he was being ...

    Hi OnBalance,

     

    Thanks for letting me know. 

     

    If you click on the Setup dropdown > Preferences > Reports & Forms tab, is the option 'Include all YTD amounts and Entitlement Balances on Paycheques Stubs' ticked?

Just to clarify, has this employee taken Long service leave in this payroll year?

    yes the long service leave was taken this year,
