Long Service Leave

Trying to set up long service leave and the following examples totally confuse me. They appear to have the same criteria yet difffent result (working same hours per week yet example 1 is entitled to ...

Hi

 

Like most things there can be different entitlements for differct awards and National Employment Standards even states probably

 

The examples are showing how to set up for different scenarios

 

So if you pay an wages from an award you need to confirm the LSL that your employees are entilted to
