To access payroll information from previous years, you'll need to refer to backups taken during those specific years. Generally, businesses create backups before closing the financial year, enabling access to reports and data restricted to particular periods. To generate entitlement reports for the past 8 payroll years, you'll need to restore backups taken at the end of each payroll year. The help article, Restore your company file, explains how to restore the backup locally to retrieve those reports.
