Thank you for the suggestion, however that won't work as there is last year data as well. Even if the payroll category isn't used over financial years, it isn't removed from the employees timesheets.
Can this be recommended as an improvement? Much like General Ledger accounts can be merged, this would be a handy inclusion.

Unfortunately, there wouldn't be a way to do this currently, however, you can put this suggestion forward to our developers for a potential future enhancement via the Idea Exchange Board.
