MISSING PAYG AMOUNTS AFTER EOFY BALANCED

Question

I was able to finalise the EOFY STP as the MYOB report matched the STP report. When I then went on to do my BAS for June (yes I probably should have done that first), the prefilled PAYG tax Withheld does not match my MYOB report, it has only included part if June. I know all pays are entered into MYOB and have been submitted to the ATO because the end of year reports matched, so why would they be missing now? On the ATO portal it does say that only STP amounts until pay day 11/06/2025 have been included, does anyone know why the rest of June not included?

Sometimes if you’ve processed an update event after a pay run, the PAYG figures might not pull through correctly into your BAS, which is probably why you’re seeing only part of June’s amounts showing up. A quick fix is to delete your current BAS, check and update your BAS settings, save them, and then create your BAS again, usually this refresh helps bring in the latest payroll info. If you’re still not getting the right figures, you can manually enter your PAYG amounts to make sure everything matches before you lodge.

Thank you, I have thought that I could just manually change the figures on the ATO portal for the BAS, but what I find unusual is that the portal is actually saying it is only including wages until June 11th? I have attached a screenshot.
