MYOB Teams doing its own thing

We are having as issue with the app on some of our staff's phones.  The app is signing staff in at least an hour before start time.  Then when they go to sign in its not letting them change it.  Sometimes it is clocking them in for a few minutes and then clocking out again.  

 

I have absolute faith with our staff doing the right thing so am wondering if anyone else is having this problem?

    Thank you for your post. We have not received any error regarding MYOB Teams clocking in an hour earlier. I suggest that they reinstall the app from their phones. If it is still happening, you can reinvite them from the admin portal. As an Approving Manager, you also have the ability to approve or edit their submitted timesheets.
