Can you please confirm if you have an active location set up for using the Kiosk app in the admin portal ? If you do, are you able to uninstall and reinstall the Kiosk app and try to sign in again.
If this doesn't work could you please provide a screenshot of the sign in window with the error message so we can investigate further.
