MYOB Teams

 

I have convinced two clients to give MYOB Teams a go.

They both went out and purchased an android tablet so their workers could log in and out for shifts. Both have said they cannot download MYOB Team Kiosk as it is only for Apple- wtf – they are not happy about their workers having to use their own phones for this. Is there an alternative?

 

I downloaded both MYOB Teams kiosk and MYOB teams app on my iPad.

I logged into both, and it only shows one business that doesn’t even use teams or timesheets. Why cannot I see any of my other MYOB files?

    Hi there Max8,

     

    The MYOB Team app for a tablet kiosk is only available for iPads; there is no Android version. An alternative would be to use their employees' own phones to clock on and clock off, but they're not happy to have it that way, so that's not an option. About the business not showing up, make sure that MYOB Team is set up correctly. This includes setting up a location, adding employees, assigning approving managers, and inviting employees to the location. Check this link for more information.
