Hey Cerise3,
Yes, that’s expected. There isn’t a separate Payday Super sign‑up anywhere in MYOB, including AccountRight desktop. You just need to be set up for Pay Super. MYOB will update Pay Super behind the scenes so it meets Payday Super rules from 1 July 2026, and you’ll keep processing super payments as normal. If you also can’t see the Pay Super sign‑up in desktop, that’s when you check if:
- The file is online.
- You’re logged in as the file owner/admin and bank signatory.
- Test opening the same file in a browser and going to Payroll > Superannuation to start registration from there.
Cheers,
Doreen
Unsuccessful so far. No option to sign up, clicking on the 'Pay Super' button only takes you to the window in which you process super quarterly. No set up option to take you to a new window.
With deadline looming I'd like the support team to call me in the next few days. Or I can call. It's beyond troubleshooting via texts. Thanks.

Hi Cerise3,
Sorry things haven’t worked as expected so far, especially with that deadline getting closer. The good news is there’s no separate sign up for PayDay Super. It’ll kick in automatically from 1 July 2026 based on your existing setup. From what you’ve described, it actually sounds like you’re already set up for Pay Super, since clicking Pay Super is taking you to the window where you can process super payments. If that doesn’t match what you’re seeing on your screen, or it still feels a bit off, we’re a little limited here in the Community because we can’t arrange call backs. The best next step is to get in touch with our team to see what’s going on. You can reach them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via My Account.
Cheers,
Doreen
