Thank you for your post and my apologies for the late response. If you're still encountering this issue, could you kindly retrieve the diagnostic log of the AccountRight file after this has occurred and attach it as a .TXT file to this thread? This will allow us to investigate further: diagnostic log of the AccountRight file
