Thanks for raising this. We have seen cases where the automatic adjustment setting can affect the Base Hourly line unexpectedly, especially when a leave category has a different rate applied. Before treating this as a system issue, could you please check a couple of things for the affected employee:
- In the employee card file > Standard Pay, make sure the Base Hourly amount is set to 0
- Confirm the employee isn’t assigned to more than one MYOB Team location that’s feeding into the same pay run
If both of those look correct and the Base Hourly rate is still changing incorrectly, the best next step would be to reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account so they can investigate it further with you.
