Are you trying to actually pay the super or still trying to sign up to pay it? If trying to pay the super this error often comes up when a fund has stopped accepting contributions (due to merger, close etc)

Hi Vicki, back when I signed up you had to be an online administrator to do so. Although I think that may have changed now but perhaps check if you are an online admin? then they send a 0.01c test transaction to your bank that you have set for the direct debit and when that goes through you get an email then it is all finalised. You also need to be a signatory on the bank account that you are authorising for the direct debits to be deducted from when you pay the super. Check you are a signatory with the bank too.
