Hi jhay1,
Yes, that’s likely why. Once your Pay Super setup is fully verified, the Pay Super direct from AccountRight option should become available for you to tick. At the moment, if the verification is still pending, that setting may not show yet. Once the setup is completed and verified, go back into the fund information window and you should be able to select it.
