Thanks for checking in. If you made the super payment two days ago, that would still be within the normal processing timeframe. For Pay Super, it usually takes around 5 business days for the payment to be authorised, processed and received by the super fund, but we recommend allowing up to 10 business days in case there are any delays. Also, with Payday Super starting from 1 July 2026, super will need to be paid on payday and received by the employee’s super fund within 7 business days. So for now, if it’s only been two days, I’d recommend allowing a bit more time. If the payment still hasn’t reached the fund after 10 business days, reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account, and they can help you check the payment status.
