Payday Super

I have tried 3 times to set up Pay day super. The problem is I don't get a .01 cent payment with a code into my account. I get the email saying its been lodged and I need to wait for the payment but it just hasn't happened.

Has anyone else had this problem? or does anyone know what I could be doing wrong?
