Hi AmyMath,
Since you've entered notes in the Leave Tracking Information field, you'll be able to view those by running the Entitlement Balance (Detail) report. Here's how to include those notes in the report:
- Go to Reports > Payroll > Entitlements > Entitlement Balance Detail
- Once the report opens, click the Insert/Modify tab
- Select Show/Hide
- Find Notes in the list, then click Show
- Click OK to save changes
