Thanks for your post, and welcome to the MYOB Community Forum.
If your Payroll Activity and Payroll Register match, kindly check each payroll category used to make sure they were assigned to the correct ATO Reporting category. You may check the Help Article: Assign ATO reporting categories for Single Touch Payroll reporting for further information. If changes have been made, kindly send an update event to make sure ATO will receive the up-to-date figures for employees. To do this, please see the Help Article: End of year finalisation with Single Touch Payroll reporting for steps on how to send an update event.
