Hi, I have matched my Payroll Activity Summary and Payroll Activity Register however the EOFY Finalisation figures for two of our emplyees is incorrect and I do not know how to fix them. I have a few instances of payroll being sent and accepted with errors however I do not think that this is the problem.
How do I amend what has been sent to ATO to agree with my reports?

If your Payroll Activity and Payroll Register match, kindly check each payroll category used to make sure they were assigned to the correct ATO Reporting category. You may check the Help Article: Assign ATO reporting categories for Single Touch Payroll reporting for further information. If changes have been made, kindly send an update event to make sure ATO will receive the up-to-date figures for employees.
