Thanks for sharing the details! If your entitlement balances aren’t appearing on the payslips, it’s definitely worth double checking the preferences.
Can you go to Setup > Preferences > Reports and Forms, and make sure the options for "YTD amounts" and "Entitlement Balance on Paycheque" are ticked? Sometimes if these aren’t selected, the entitlements won’t show up on the pay advices even if everything else is set up right.
Take a look at the screenshot I’ve attached, it should help you spot where these settings are.

Thank you for your email, This has previously been ticked and unchanged, but this is still not showing on the payslips??

Hi Chloe123,
Thanks heaps for giving Earl’s suggestion a go. Generally, if there haven’t been any hours accrued for entitlements this payroll year, the leave balances won’t show up yet. That could be the culprit why entitlement balances are not appearing on payslips.
If no leave’s been accrued so far, you can pop through a tiny leave transaction, i.e. 0.01 hour for your staff and save it. That’ll trigger the payslips to show leave balances.
