At this point, if you are running BASLink to generate an IAS, the program will look at the payroll category figures. As such, I would recommend making sure that you go through your BASLink IAS and make sure that you have the relevant Payroll Categories ticked for the required fields. Kindly try to run the Payroll Register report and compare it with your IAS, as this report is looking at the actual payroll data.
With regard to your AccountRight desktop version, payroll information should flow into your AccountRight browser version. Please try to check the payroll reports and compare them with your YTD verification reports.

The payroll reports and the YTD verification reports match up. We know this from having run all reports necessary when we ran the end of fin year.
I don't use the BAS link to generate an IAS. I use the Activity Report for the month in question as I know that report is correct and complete it manually - comparing the Activity report from MYOB for July period the amount shown on the pre-populated ATO report is considerably less than my MYOB report. I altered it to the correct figure of the Activity Report - but if the ATO are getting the figures from the single touch reporting we do each fortnight from the payrun, I don't know why the figures are different. Nothing comes up when I run the "check payroll details" from the Reporting centre. However, when I look in the browser version of the account and go to Payroll Settings, Employment Classification I notice that the category we set up for Bonus's (a while back) is not showing in that list. Why would that be missing? The payroll is fornightly - but the category for the Bonus is set at salary (with the chosen employess applicable) as the amount varies for each person for each payroll run - and this way we can enter in the amount we need to once we calulate it as it is not a set hourly rate. But the category does seem to be set up correctly in the MYOB app, but I cant see it in the browser list Employment Classification. Maybe it should be different??
