Payroll Category Change - Window Crashing MYOB restarting HELP

Hi there,

 

I have tried shutting down, restarting computer etc.

 

Every time I try to change this payroll category and one other (in line with the new Award rates) MYOB keeps saying it's encountered an error and needs to restart. Hence I cannot update pays as required. Please help :)

    Hi rachelpd,

     

    Thanks for sending those through. 

     

    I have now run the script over the file that should correct this. Could you please close, then reopen the software to attempt this again?

    Hi rachelpd,

     

    Thank you for reaching out. 

     

    So that we can investigate this error further, could you advise if this occurs with any other payroll category? 

     

    Additionally, could you please locate your AccountRight diagnostic and error logs, then attach them in your reply?

      Hi - It happens only for Mon-Fri 10pm - Midnight and Mon-Fri Mid-6am in our file. I've also tried on web browser. Very frustrating
