Thanks for your post and Welcome to MYOB Community Forum.
If an employee is casual and is not accruing leave entitlements. kindly set up a new leave entitlement then choose the appropriate Calculation Basis of the leave accrual to match it with the Pay Basis of the employee. If the employee has a Pay Basis of hourly, the Calculation Basis of the leave accrual should be Equals a percentage of wages. And if the employee is on salary as their Pay Basis, the Calculation Basis is Equals dollars per pay period. Once done, you can process a void pay with only the number of hours against the leave accrual so that it will adjust accordingly. You may also check The Help Article Leave and entitlements.
