To set up a payroll category for wages, follow these steps:
- Payroll Categories. Go to Payroll > Payroll Categories > Wages.
- Create a New Category. Click on New and enter the needed details for the new wage category.
- Link to Employee. After creating the payroll category, open it and make sure it's linked to the employee.
You can check this link for more information. Once the wage category is set up, you can proceed with processing the pay run and manually enter the $75 against the new payroll category. Regarding the ATO reporting category, it's best to speak with your accountant or check this link for STP reporting.
