Sorry you’re still having trouble with this, and thanks for sending through the screenshot. The NullReferenceException and freezing usually mean AccountRight has run into an unexpected error while loading the Payroll Category screen. There are troubleshooting steps in the help article below for the different error log types, including checking for the latest AccountRight version and making sure Windows is fully up to date. You can work through those steps here: Error: Something's gone wrong and AccountRight needs to close.
If you’re still having the issue after trying those steps, please reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account, and share the error code from the log so we can investigate further.
