Yes, you can run payroll in MYOB even with multiple entities. Since each entity has its own ABN, you’ll just need to set up a separate subscription for each one so STP reporting stays spot on. You can still pay everyone from the same bank account, and process each entity’s payroll individually just like you’re doing now.
