Hi Sacha74,
Negative transactions cannot be removed in the pay liabilities window. However, you can filter them out by adjusting the inclusive dates.

Thanks for the reply. I guess I have to put up with the Payroll Liabilities Reconciliation Exceptions report showing as out of balance forever. 😔
