Hi Myob Team, All our staff are set up as Hourly in payroll. Although some are actually Salary. If i want to change some to Salary now. Will that be an issue, and what do i need to look out fo...

Regarding your concerns, if you would like to change the salary of your employees, we recommend checking the leave entitlements, especially for the Calculation Basis.
Also, we highly recommend you have a separate payroll category for each pay basis to prevent any further issues and you may also use the same Salary Sacrifice category. If the amounts are different, you may set it to standard pay for the amount to automatically show in each pay un. Lastly for tax purposes, we suggest checking it with your accountant or financial advisor.
