Payslip email being returned undeliverable

 

Payslip email is suddenly not deliverable for one of our employees.

 

Nothing has changed with his details and email is being returned from <bounce@apps.myob.com>

 

The only other information is Diagnostic Code - rejected.

    Hi MDPTestPumping,

     

    To have your employee's pay slip email being returned as undeliverable can occur if the email address has been blacklisted or if there are issues with the email settings. To ensure it gets resolved quickly, reach out to MOCA, our virtual assistant. They can guide you through checking if the email is blacklisted and help with any additional troubleshooting needed.
