Payslip email bounce back

We send payslips direct from accountright@apps.myob.com, however, emails for two of our employees keep bouncing back.

    Please send me the impacted email addresses by Private message, and I'll check if these are blacklisted on our end.

    Hi, I have the same issue with two just started this week, have been sendin payslips for both of them for over ten years.
