We've had the same issue for well over a year. No rhyme or reason for who does or doesn't get it. Part of our weekly payroll procedure now is to compare the sent list with the list that should have been sent, and resend the missing ones. Sometimes we have to send 2 or 3 times before it finally goes through. Never did get a productive answer from MYOB when I last contacted support. "Not their problem" even though the payslip is flagged as sent, but as you said, never ends up in the sent emails list.
