I understand that you are having difficulty in emailing your pay slips. We are sorry to hear about your experience. In this matter, could you please go to Setup>>Preferences>>Emailing>>Untick "send emails using AccountRight>>Click OK or you can always change that option by ticking or untick the box.

Hi Cecilia ... our issue has been escalated with MYOB as has been ongoing for months. We are still waiting for a solution.
