Removing hourly rate from pay slip

I have an employee paid on salary, however the pay slip shows both yearly Salary and Hourly rate.  Even though pay basis selected is Salary, the pay slip still shows hourly rate at top of pay slip.  Can you advise how to remove please

    Hi Sharon2311,

If the pay slip is showing an hourly rate for a salaried employee, it's usually because the system is calculating it based on their annual salary divided by the standard working hours per week. If the hours are set incorrectly in the employee's record or your overall payroll settings, it might show an unexpected rate.

To fix this, check the employee's salary details and make sure the "standard working hours per week" are set correctly for their employment type. You can find this in their employee card under Payroll Details > Wages.

If you still having this problem, it's best to reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant MOCA or submit a case via MyAccount.
