If the pay setup's showing as complete but the reminder emails keep coming through, it might be a hiccup between the systems and flare’s end rather than something you're doing wrong as we didn’t have any option to stop this. I’d recommend giving our MYOB team a buzz through our virtual assistant MOCA or drop a support ticket via MyAccount to check this further.
