Hi I think i have set up a super salary sacrifice incorrectly for one employee. I assumed the SS was being lumped together with the other super payments, however it has been accumulating in the lability deductions. Can i somehow amend these to be paid into the employees correct super fund perhaps by adding the super fund bank details as a supplier? if not, how to i deal with this? Thanks in advance

the better setup option is under the superannuation tab in payroll is a salary sacrifice superannuation for the payroll.
To help resolve the problem you have, how do you currently pay the superannuation, via MYOB Paysuper or ATO clearing house?

Recommend to setup the salary sacrifice under superannuation tab
Set up salary sacrifice superannuation
Then create a separate payrun to negate the original (deduction) superannuation salary sacrifice and add the sacrifice to the new superannuation pay item. The payrun will result in a NIL payrun but it will move the sacrifice from deductions to superannuation for paying in PaySuper
This is what the pay super window has now which is the opposite outcome of what we wanted to do.

It looks as though you have the amounts around the wrong way.
Reverse the payrun you have just done and redo with new salary sacrifice as -$650 and old salary sacrifice +650 (as the deduction is a negative so this positive will clear the deduction)
