STP payroll report cannot send to Payroll reporting center

Hi there,    When I processed payroll, I was notified payroll information cannt be submitted to ATO. I got this error code "singleTouchPayrollServiceError (100102)" The report is not shown in Pay...

I cannot say I've seen this particular error before, would you be able to provide a screenshot of the error message and attach it to your reply?
