STP Phase 2 preparation

Hello

Started assigning ATO reporting categories to find that the PAYG doesn't stay allocated.

Both updated from the Command Centre and in employee files. Will this be fixed?

    Hi mdiblasi,

    Thank you for the screenshots!

So, this dropdown + table is not actually in relation to STP Phase 2.0.

This function populates relevant information relating to the Tax table selected from the dropdown, this is used as a calculation guide - perhaps if you ever needed to work out the tax manually. This function has no effect on your payroll, and it will always revert back to "Foreign resident" as this is not a function where a selection needs to be saved, purely an information area.

This function was previously located in another area of Accountright, so I understand it would have looked like a new STP setting, but there's no need to worry about this one.

Let me know if there's anything else I can assist with, happy to help.

    Hi mdiblasi,

    Thank you for your post.

Currently, we are still in the works of getting STP Phase 2.0 settings implemented and working, but, if possible, would you be able to send a screenshot of where you a trying to keep the PAYG allocated? Just so I can confirm this is to do with STP Phase 2.0 (please make sure there is no sensitive information included in your screenshot).

      Hi Sam

Thanks for your reply. Please find below screen shots. Once changed saved then reopened, it has reverted back to original. PAGY category is the only one that seems to have this problem. Also have tried through employees file and does the same thing.

Thanks for looking into it. I'm sure things will get ironed out.

        Hi mdiblasi,

Sorry, would you be able to post those screenshots again for me? It looks like they haven't successfully uploaded.
