Thank you for your reply. Just to confirm if I clear the below amounts and them resubmit the STP finalization this will fix the duplicate group certificates?

Thanks for the screenshot! Yes, clearing those amounts and then resubmitting the STP finalisation should fix the duplicate group certificates.

    I have cleared all the pay history still showing the amount for the STP finalisation.

      Thanks a heap for the screenshot! If those figures are still popping up in your pay history after clearing things out, best to give our team a buzz through our virtual assistant MOCA, or send a support request through MyAccount. We’ll dig a bit deeper and help sort it for you.
