STP YTD Verification Report not agreeing with Payroll Summary & Payroll Register

If other payroll reports agree to each other and it's just the YTD verification report that doesn't agree, you will need to check each payroll category used of the previous pay runs. This is to make sure that each of them were assigned to the correct ATO reporting category. Here's a link that you can follow especially if payroll reports don't match.
