STSL report
Is it possible to get a report which details the STSL payments for an employee? My manual calcuation and what is on her MYGOV is vastly diffent.

There isn't a specific report for STSL (Study Training Support Loan) payments. However, since STSL is a deduction, you can try other payroll reports that generate reports for deductions, such as the "Payroll Categories" report for the software version and the "Payroll Activity" report for the browser version. With the discrepancy between your manual calculations and what is shown on MYGOV, it might be helpful to verify the tax tables and ensure that the correct ones are being used. i tryied this and it only shows the total PAYG per employee. Any other suggestions?
I don't have the STSL as a deduction, I have only used the STSL and tax free threshold in the tax component in payroll details, is this incorrect?

There's nothing wrong if you didn't put the STSL into a deduction as STSL is set up through the tax table. Meanwhile, if you can’t get STSL reports and you think having this report would be beneficial, I suggest posting this idea on our AccountRight Ideas Exchange board for future consideration.
