Super on Christmas bonus
Hello - hope you can assist.
I am having an issue with AccountRight calculating super on a Christmas bonus. I have followed this post:
"Bonus" was an exempt category so unticked the box and selected OK.
Super is calculated on "Gross Wages".
Just ran a super report but no super amount is showing against the Christmas bonus.
Have I missed a step?

Out of curiosity, when you were recording the pay that contained the Christmas bonus was the super calculating with the correct figure? As the reports within AccountRight only draw from recorded transactions, if the original pay didn’t contain superannuation on the bonus then the report wouldn’t show it either.
If the original pay didn’t contain the superannuation for the bonus, then you would need to delete and redo the pay with the correct superannuation figure. When this pay is recorded with the superannuation figure it will also then be picked up by the reports
