Superannuation Guarantee

Thanks for your post. Some general things to check when super is not calculating correctly are:

• has a payroll category been excluded from super calculations in error
• have adjustments been processed mid-month
• if you run the Payroll register report, add up the OTE(ordinary time earning)s for the month and multiply by 10.5% does this equal the superannuation guarantee amount in that report
