Superannuation

I processed my March 2022 Super payment 18/04/2022 and it is still showing "processing payment" status. The payment was taken from our bank account on the 19/04/2022.

 

Why is this not showing completed? I cannot reconcile.

    Thanks for your post. Generally speaking, If the status of the payment is still "Processing Payment", it will still be processing through the clearinghouse and has not yet been released to the respective super funds. SuperChoice has advised allowing 5 working days for the payment to be processed, as there was a public holiday on Monday I would check it again in a couple of days to allow for this to update.
