Since you already made super payment through Asgard Employee Super before but now it is shows an error message, kindly check the details of the super fund through this Help Article Super Funds List. If the details were correct but still the same error, you may create a new super fund within the file then enter the details. The Help Article Set up superannuation funds will provide you the steps on how to create a super fund. For BT Super for Life, if the error message says that the fund can no longer receive contributions using Pay Superannuation, I highly suggest to contact the super fund if they do have an updates details.
