Superfund details changed

Hi there, 

An employee's super fund has changed names, i have the new details but when i go to create a superfund the new funds name is not there, Checking the employee's current super fund details and it's all the same except for the new name.

    Hi MASG, 

     

    Superfund may need an update in the system. It may be best to reach out to the our team to check on that superfund. You can do this by creating a support ticket on the MyAccount window or live chat through MOCA.
