Thank you so much for your post and welcome to the Community Forum!
My apologies for the late response. Once you've opened AccountRight in your browser, could you kindly click on your business name? Then, navigate to Payroll settings > on the General payroll information tab, select "Week starts on" from the list. Afterward, gently inform me if the correct start day has already been entered. If it has, please share the specific day you've selected.
If the correct start day is not entered, kindly input the accurate start day and inform me whether this action resolves or persists the issue.
Looking forward to hearing from you soon!
Regards,
Earl
Thanks for your reply earl.
I have done what you have suggested in the above post. The start of week day is set to Wednesday. This day then defaults time sheets to Sunday. If I select any other day as a start week the correct start day will display. It is only an issue for Wednesday. As I mentioned in my original post this has been a known issue with MYOB developers since 2020 or even before and still to date this has not been fixed.
Hi Toddler,
Thank you for confirming. We are indeed aware of the known issue in the software where, if a week is set to start on Wednesday, the Timesheet continues to display a start date of Sunday. It's worth noting that this issue is isolated to Wednesdays, and the functionality works correctly for other days of the week.
Our development team is actively working on resolving this issue. To help us in marking this as an affected case, could you kindly confirm the last four digits of your serial number and your Company File ID?
Looking forward to hearing from you soon!
Regards,
Earl
