Timesheets not importing

I am trying to import timesheets transactions from Time Sheet Advantage - it worked fine on Monday and the last 2 days it has come up with this error.

To resolve this issue, I suggest clearing your AccountRight cache to address any software discrepancies Clearing the AccountRight Cache.
