Are you signing into the Payroll Reporting Centre? If you click cancel at this point nothing gets recorded - just wondering if that might be what has gone wrong.

If you're referring to this area in the browser version of MYOB, I don'ty have anything to process!
I know I processed 40 pdays today and am not happy having to reenter all those pays.
Yeh same, they are disappearing ?
First Pay July 2023
After recording the pay into MYOB, the system searches round and round and round and then drops this and nothing records ? Process Payments Screen then displays.
Cheques recorded $0.00
Electronic Payments Recorded $0.00
Cash Payments Recorded $0.00
Any ideas, as my poor clients employees are not getting paid today !
