Unable to process payrun

Hi everyone

Is anyone else having issues processing their pay runs today?

When we go to record the pay run we are getting the error " an application has timed out - would you like to retry the operation?"

We have forced close and retried several times, yet we still get the same message.

Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Sorry to hear your pay run is giving you a headache, that's definitely not what you want when you're just trying to get payroll sorted. Good news though, we've had a few others mention the same sort of timeout message, and we've got a similar post that runs through a couple of fixes that should help get things moving again.
