Uploading Payroll File

Hi i have done this before with no problems, today when i log onto the Commonwealth bank I am getting this message, I have deleted and renamed but still says same thing.  

  • This account already exists in the transfer group.(Error Message No. FE5_055)

    Thanks for your post. 

    I understand how difficult it is to encounter this error. The common cause is that there are two employees with the same bank account, which leads to this error. Please check the employee's card file, and if there is a duplicate, update the bank account information. After making the changes, you will need to recreate the bank file. I also recommend reaching out to your bank about this issue.
