VOID Pay entries - not user entered

Have found that there has been a Payroll processed in MYOB as a VOID payslip for all employees.  To, From and Paid date all 5/7/22.  We did not enter these pays.  There is no information whatsoever on the payslip/entry.

Has this happened to anyone else?

Is there a fix for this?  Don't want to reverse or do anything manually as was never user entered in the first place.  Please help.

  • Hi Rob2302

Sorry to see that no one has replied to you yet. A VOID pay is created by processing a $0 pay or by clicking on the Send update event button. These are typically done to update STP reports.

Please don't hesitate to post again if you need help in the future.

      Hi Tracey

Thanks for your reply, but I actually didn't process this payrun.  It somehow did it all by itself in the background.  I have just left as is, as is all VOID and NIL and doesn't affect any of the employees info that I can see.  I still think there was a glitch of some sort.  But won't pursue any further.
